How to maintain a healthy body There is a saying that says ‘’ in a healthy body there is a strong soul ‘’. This saying explains if we have a healthy body surely our soul and our minds will also be healthy. There is also a motto that says a health is very expensive. Moreover we as a student, we must be able to maintain our own healh starting from small things such as getting up early on time, than showering. Beside the above way to keep the body healthy is not to forget about breakfast. Because with a regular breakfast provides many benefits for the body.
